吳心緹在LINE TV、東森超視新劇《惡作劇之吻》首集劇中向李玉璽告白失敗，告白過程又被偷拍Po上校園八卦網站，淪為全校同學笑柄。吳心緹自認和角色個性如出一轍，「我和角色一樣很容易出糗，個性迷糊，而且藏不住情緒，拍攝期間李玉璽常在片場捉弄我，我每次被嚇到叫超大聲。」
李玉璽在戲裡姿態高冷，諷吳心緹是「世界上最微不足道的雌性人類」，還封她為「飛米女」。飛米是世界上最小的粒子大小，小到連觀察都沒辦法，暗指吳心緹飾演的向月琴腦容量太小太笨。吳心緹說，戲外常想要反整回去，有次她躲在廁所門口想嚇李玉璽，他卻反應淡定，讓她完全沒有整人的成就感。
李玉璽說：「江植樹是過目不忘的天才，連罵人都很有學問，經常得從容不迫地背出落落長的物理常識及數學公式。」結果經紀人爆他料：「他記憶力很好，但有一段數學公式台詞很難背，他在一旁閉目默背，結果竟然睡著。」
